I do favors for my sister as far as watching one of her kids for 5 minuites while she picks up the other from school. Nothing more than that. When I tell my gf about it she always ask me why, and asks why to the answer, and so on. It's aggrivating and frustrating hearing my gf of over a few years all of a sudden always having a problem with me doing that. But she just admitted she's been hiding for awhile a jealousy about my sister. I don't get it, I've tried tried but it doesn't get us anywhere. My gf doesn't know where to go with it, she says the jealousy isn't going anywhere so its driving her to questioning our relationship. I think it has to maybe deal with sometime of depression. I read that a pill, SSRI has fixed pathological jealousy's. Idk, I asked her to get intouch with a pyschologist but she isn't very open to things like that, so idk what to do or what it could be?????

Added in, well she did just get off birth control pills a few weeks ago. That maybe affect?

And this is already talked about a ton. I really think its something else. I know what jealousy is with women, and this isn't that type of it.

She has two sisters, one older and other younger and she isn't to close to them, I thought it was that, but it isn't, I thought it was just her, it isn't, I thought it was others, it isn't. Only think I think it could be is something in the past or actual depression.

She definitely need to talk to someone. It may be something in her past that she has buried so deep that she can`t get it out. She could be jealous of the closeness that you and your sister have and this could be from her past. Does she have siblings that she is not close to. Jealousy is a disease like drugs, alcoholism and a number of others. Get her to see someone before it ruins your relationship. GOOD LUCK

I have been suffering from post partum depression for the past one year when I gave birth to a baby boy. I couldn't stop thinking about how my husband loves him more than me and how things might be better if he wasn't born at all. Thus, I stayed away from him because I knew that I might do something I will regret for the rest of my life.

Almost instantly I went to a therapist and convince them that I need help. Among other things, I've tried herbal supplements and other book to treat depression but nothing works like the Depression Free Method. So now I'm proud to say I'm one of the happiest mother in the world. My husband loves us both very much and I thank the Lord for the blessing he gave us.

Depression Free Method?

I had this problem with my husband's sister. I was very jealous of the relationship they had because he always put her needs before mine and even the needs of our children. It didn't matter what we had planned he would drop everything if she called and asked him to do something for her. It sounds to me like your gf resents the time you spend doing thing for your sister. If there is no reason, meaning you are attentive and thoughtful to your gf and not refusing to spend time with her because of doing things for or with your sister, then she has a problem, but be honest here. If you are ignoring your gf in favor of your sister, then there is a real problem and a reason for her to feel this way.

Hog wash--
She is just jealous and perhaps controlling. There is no relationship if there isn't trust.
I could see if it was some other woman but your sister?? Your gf has issues
Think real seriously about whether or not you want to continue on with this relationship. It could get worse

Does she has a brother? If so, he is affecting her a lot and needed to get away from him. SHe is probably feeling the same of you and ur sis relationship. Don't worry too much if you hv plans to marry her and move on to other place. That jealously will fades away when she understand u deeper and she has assurance that u 'belongs' to her...... Don't worry ok... just keep ur feelings and love for her and things will be straightened up in no time.

First of all I don't think she should be jealous of your sis cuz she's your sis so I think she is just trying to find an excuse for something maybe such as cheating you know what they say "Somebody who has a dirty conscience usually blames the other person"

There is a certain type of woman that insists on being the ONLY female in her man's life. These crazy beeotches are jealous of their own daughters. She'll never change.

Ask her what the problem is with doing things for your sister.
Does she think that you're going to hook up with your sister?
If so she needs to get some help.
Good Luck
