when i turn the computer on and i press a key the keyboard freezes and the mouse freezes too and neither of them ork . i know this is complicated but please help

unplug your computer and unhook all the cords.. get the box your computer came in and put all of it back in the box, ship it back to the company that made your computer.. because you are to stupid to own a computer.

Are they wireless?
If so you need to ensure that they are connected to the main hub. This is normally done by a button on both the base and keyboard.
If not they are mostly likely USB and you need to ensure that the cord is plugged in correctly into the correct port.
