the beach for sure, what's better during the summer than just sitting there basking in the sun, taking a dip in the ocean, then just sitting there for a few more hours. Partying on the beach during the summer is awesome too; where I live in San Diego there are kegs, beer pong tables, beer bongs, and just huge parties at the beach all summer, it's great. I prefer the mountains in winter when there is snow everwhere.
