isi a psp worth buying?

Are psp's worth buying, I mean theres a camera soon to be released for it so would I buy that instead of buying a digital camera and a ipod. anyone have any recommendatons, and dont say buy them all .. thank you all

On the other note, is psp free for internet, and what ways can you brick your psp ive been hearing?

i have a psp and think it is great more adult based games than the ds go for it doubt u will be disapointed

ds no doubt about it. psp is highly overrated. games on it are terrible. the movies selection is small and if u like a film on DVD u have to buy it again for the psp to watch it waste of money and time. psp does have Internet but for a small fee you can now get the Internet on the ds. the ds games are a lot more fun and bright. where as psp one are dull and have to be played in a light environment or you cant see the screen. and soon the ds will have mp3 compatibility in the form of an SD card which plugs into a ds game card and the PC so store games on an SD card and play them on ure ds whenever you want. ds also has free wireless Internet play or ds download play where you can play multiplayer games with others with only 1 cartridge or you can with some games download a demo before you buy for absolutely free. so go for it. and i suggest getting ds lite as they are better than ds normal.

i think that the psp is definately worth buying, it has the internet- which is free if you've got wireless at home, games- not as good as the ds games but still good. Pictures and music can be added if you've got a bigger enough memory stick. Also you can get UMD movies or you can get movie converter software so you can put your dvd's on your psp.

well buying a psp is worth it because you could play games and watch movies and listen to music. Alright I have a 4GB memory stick and I have tons of songs in it and bout 6 movies in it and on top of that i have a bunch of pictures in it as well. So I would say it's worth buying a psp.

PSPs are kinda cool, but the Nintendo DS is so much better.

DS has WAY better games, PSP has crappy games.
Sure PSP has internet, but DS will soon too.
DS is less expensive and PSP is alot of money.
PSP has horrible loading times, while DS loading times are quick.

So, I think you should buy the DS.

I enjoy me psp BUT there is almozt no visibility in bright light. You may need to consider that depending on your activities. I bought mine with the whole who needs an ipod attiutde but I guess I did because my ipod is smaller and a lot easier to carry. It has some games on it...not real good ones but games none the less. Maybe you should also consoder the new apple ipod mobile phone. It has all the features and is a cell phone.

A PSP is defenitaly worth buying! I have one and it always gives me something to do! You can listen to music, play games, watch movies, look at pictures, go on the internet, and even watch t.v. on it!

i have a psp, my son has a psp and my daughter has a ds. the psp's sit in a drawer whist the ds is fought over all the time. it is way more fun. psp games are just smaller duller versions of ps2 games and the controls suck!

A psp is seriously worth buying cause i bought it and its great you can get the internet music movies video pictures and you can connect with another psp wirelessly. so its truely worth buying.

yup it is. its better than a ds cuz it has more features to it. It has music, videos, games with awesome graphics, internet, and soon to be a camera!
