No. I had two children and they didn't either time. In fact, when the milk glands dried (which wasn't much because I never had any milk), I actually wound up smaller each time.

They will swell, at some point. But not drastically. Some women don't notice any change in thier breast size during/after pregnancy. Things are different for every woman.

They don't always swell... if that's what your asking. Plus a lot of times if they do swell at the beginning, they go back down, then back up again in the end. Every body is different.

If you mean in the beginning, then no. I am 5 weeks pregnant and my breasts havent changed at all. maybe a tiny bit sore but that's all. with my first 2 kids, they did swell though.

they swell sooner or later although on some they do not swell enough to notice.

nope... and thankfully not in my case. lol i'm already a DD and was worried about getting larger (my husband wouldn't have minded!!!). pretty much stayed the same before i had them and now after are the same, actually a lil smaller, but still a DD. so no they don't have to, sometimes they do, other times they don't

most do. thats where the milk is. i went from a Bcup to a Dcup just from being prego. after i was done breastfeeding i shrunk back down to size.
