I just Up graded And I cant Find MY Favorite's How can I get it Back ?

Upgraded to what? Quick answer if to do a search, "Favorites" if you don't know how to find it through My Computer.

Ok go to My Computer then go to C Drive then go to Documents and Settings and look at the files in there in each computer it is different so I do not know what files you have and check them out you might be able to retrieve your files that way.

Try pressing Alt and V to get the main toolbar back.
