Sometimes but I don't really worry about it. I always feel there is a need to want to cry - hormones, being upset about something, seeing something sad or touching in a movie.
I just cry when I feel as though I need to. I feel better after wards and go on down the road.
I don't think it is good for a person to hold in tears - it's a normal emotion. We usually don't try to hold in laughter (unless it's inappropriate) so why hold in tears. I think it is just a good way to cleanse your mind and body and that it is healthy.

Yes, quite a lot actually. I guess its just human nature though and we all have reasons to feel down at times. I'd rather cry a little every day than leave it to build up.
