Oh, Do NOT do that. Tarot is personal and must be directed by the energy and "karma" of the person getting the reading. Try to find a coven nearby. I personally feel that anyone who wants money for it is a sham, though a gift of a small crystal, statue, or some organic sage white tapers or mugwort is appreciated. Remember, if it is energy for energy, then there should be good energy given and received for a good reading. Energy for MONEY, (unless it is physical) I always find that suspect ! You do not want to make personal decisions like that with someone doing this over the internet. You are better off asking the "Magic 8 Ball' for advice! Blessings- dd

hello
I guess my advice is going to be different from those above. I am an intuitive reader, and although I do in person readings, I also do internet readings for those who can not get to my office in Vermont. I feel that reading my own cards is a wonderful way to "organize" my thoughts sometimes when things get so crazy, but to have someone else "read for you" is a blessing. I also feel that a good reader can pick things up from hundreds and thousands of miles away if the case warranted it... It is a spiritual and endless energy that connects us all (universal energy), and some can connect to this, no matter how far away. Now, as far as charging for our time...I believe in energy exchange for energy exchange. Most times, I charge for my services, but sometimes I do other holistic trades with certain individuals, and I also have a sliding fee scale...... I am not a tarot card reader, I am an intuitive and a goddess/archangel card reader. My readings are in depth and quite accurate. I have studied the healing art of reiki extensively, which I sometimes use with my readings.
take care and blessings to you
let's not judge until we know the particular reader on an individual basis

I never suggest a reading over the net, tarot uses your energies to manipulate the cards to get a true reading, if you are not putting you energies into it you will not get a true reading. You can get a deck with instructions for about $10 at a book store. This is the best idea O can give you for a cheap reading, then you can do one whenever and once you get good enough you can do it for your friends too.

Never do that .many readers will lead you to lies they spew out to get you to give them money .when they get you all upset with what they tell you, so dont do that, trusty yourself not others.simply buy you a pack of cards and a book explaining the meanings of the different cards, then you will be able to truly find out what you wish to.
