I think in any field, the best would be one which you enjoy doing it and would like others to enjoy what you have created. So, try to find out which field fit you most first and then go deeper in it.

The one you enjoy doing.
Cooking for a living is very hard work, generally doesn't pay well, and involves being around people who will get paid more than you and whose jobs you will be certain you could do better (and you will probably be right!), but if you love it, you'll do it anyway!

For a living, I prefer a fine dining menu or a gourmet sandwich eatery.
