I am asking because I see the Mexican flag being waved by people that claim they want to be a part of america when they protest. It seems almost like a klan meeting or something when I see it. A klan meeting against white people.

Just waving the american flag surely won't do you any harm; but without G. Bush picture please!!

How is that a "klan meeting against white people"? I really don't see how there's any comparison there so perhaps you could enlighten me? Also, with a war on, don't you think there are bigger fish to fry than worrying about something like Mexican flags?

Well you don't have to go to Mexico to meet with conflict. We were in New Mexico during the so call peaceful protest for Mexicans to have the same rights as Americans. We have an American flag on our van (it is painted) and we had rocks thrown at our van and spitting on our vehicle which was in stand still traffic due to all the illegals(or supporters) walking in the street.

I think some people would smile, others would say (in spanish): "Hey, look at the gringo with the flag." Others would simply go about their business. I doubt anything bad would happen to you.

People want to keep in touch with their roots. There is nothing wrong with that. People can be dual citizens.

the place are your ancestors from? England, Germany, Holland, eire, France? Do you dishonour them by not acknowleding the place your super or super-super grandparents come from? In immigrant international locations like the U. S. or Canada or Australia you're allowed to appreciate your ancestors and your individual ethnic origins. that would not disrepect the rustic you have been born in.
