well rape is all about someone having power over another person... and it can be any form ... not just sexual. Its about the violation of a person's spirit. Mental rape and emotional rape are very close together... they both involve manipulating feelings, and causing self-doubt, usually done quite subtly... and over a period of time (that's the difference with sexual rape, which is rape straight away the first time it happens) however some emotional rape can be blatant... and can include verbal abuse etc... Psychological/emotional rape is about mind games, and making the victim seem smaller than the abuser. It may not be physically scarring, but the psychological scars can last longer than the physical scars , and do more damage. Sometimes sexual abuse goes hand in hand with emotional abuse... if its a family member/partner etc.

That's a tough one. With mental rape one tears down his victims psyche until he (yeah, right) or she feels there is no other choice but to submit. With emotional rape, the victim hasn't the competency to consent either way.

Electronic manipulation of a device implanted in your body. Where the rape comes in - because you have no control over what's happening to you.
Purpose = fear and control.
