My choices were based on my own personal opinion as well as how certain films (Borat and An Inconvenient Truth) went beyond just being films and became a part of the national lexicon and influenced pop culture and even politics.

I'm not going to make my own list, but I agree with you 100% on "Little Miss Sunshine". It was such a great movie!!!!!!!! The best movie I've probably ever seen, in fact.
Though I don't agree with you on "Borat". It was really awful with all those legal issues into tricking people into acting in the movie.
But, "Little Miss Sunshine" was great! It should be #1!
