Much slower. We've been running the beta for months and it's a dog.
I'd recommend at least 2Gb RAM, a FAST video card with at least 256Mb RAM, and a dual core processor.

It will work but you would be happier with 2 gig. Vista uses a lot of resources.

Most systems I see being sold with Vista, do have 2GB of memory. Let that be a starting point for you.

No, I've been testing it and for OK performance, I would try 2GBS but if you want it to run the best I'd have 3Gbs...
