i "work" (well they use me for 2mnths thinking im in "training") in a small organisation no pay at all. not even 10bucks a day. monday to saturday non stop me being in charge of duties from opening up the whole business to taking out the rubbish out every single day and being verbally put down on some occassions...and im quitting!! lol im nervous and never done something like this before any pointers..

ur help is greatly appreciated

don't take abuse. you should quit. but do it with dignity. do not be rude or critical. you may end up needing a job in the future from someone you have worked for. go out quietly.

I would be very honest to tell you as follows;
1.Have a good self image
2.Have an ownership mentality (not employee mentality that's where most people fail)
3.Own your business that is duplicatable.
4.Learn communicating skills.
5.Read self help books.
6.Associate with the people who have fruit on the tree.
