There has been much speculation over this. If the Axis powers had won, it is likely that Germany would have occupied the eastern two thirds of North America, with Japan having the western third.

Russia would have been defeated by Germany, and would have become a vassal state.

The world economy would be based upon whether a certain territory was under the German or Japanese sphere of influence. The territories would have been exploited for their natural and human resources, all of which would have been used to benefit the conquering country. See how Germany and Japan treated Poland and China when they were powerful and you'll get an idea of how this would have worked.

Racism would be far worse. The Nazis believed in racial purity, and thought of themselves as the Master Race. There would have been more internment camps where inferiors (Jews, Gypsies, homosexuals, little people, etc) would be worked to death or experimented on or simply killed. The Japanese had their own notion of racial purity and superiority--check what they did in Nanking and the Phillipines.

There would be poverty all over the world, except in Germany and Japan.

There would be a facist police state, in which there would be no freedom of speech, assembly, etc. Everyone would be watched constantly. Infractions in the law would be severely punished, and there would be infractions as starving people became desperate, but the official crime rate would be shown to be very low for propaganda purposes.

Prescott Bush had banking ties to the Germans during WWII, but his son George HW Bush was a US Navy pilot. It would be unlikely that he or his son would have been allowed to have any political power in the new USA. And it is highly unlikely that the office of president would still exist.

We would be less likely to have world peace because of the extreme conditions in the conquered territories and friction between Germany and Japan. After all, by their standards, there was only one master race, and their ally wasn't it--they were. Sooner or later one or the other of them would have turned on the other, inviting more war.

The world would be quite different:
the usa would still probably be here
russia would probably not have been a superpower because of the defeat at stalingrad
tough to say whether the economy would be based in europe or usa
i doubt racism would change or be majorly affected
poverty will always be a factor in a communist world (but Hitler wasn't communist, that's who he was fighting)
no matter what, there will always be crime - its human nature
hard to say about bush...
there would definately not be world peace

Nazi Germany would have faced a lot of rebellion and uprisings and would have difficulty remaining in power. Once the German people had seen what their country had turned into they would have protested.

After the war much of the world was in ruins or partially broken. Germany had little resources left. Much of France and Britain was destroyed. Germany would have to rebuild, which would have taken decades. They didn't have the means to rebuild and that, while fighting to remain in control, they most likely would have caused the country to fall. Germany was on its last legs when they surrendered to the Allies and were taken by Russia. A Nazi Europe would not have remained.
