Because you use someone else equipment to speak. Find your own method to get your message through without using others' equipment. FYI. this question was not funny, amusing, thought provoking ... and I have a had time thinking you are so stupid you would ask this as a real question.

Freedom of SPEECH is to speak what u feel like speaking in the public without use of any electronic goods or means of communication channel...Freedom of speech is strictly confined to what u speak i the public without the use of any particular external device.... if u have the freedom of speech the telephone guys have the frredom of billing so go ahead and pay the bills....
