Just go to Nordstroms or JCPenneys and get sized.

Don't go to Victoria Secret (or fredericks) to get sized. I did. They said I was a size bigger than I really was, but when I got sized at Nordstroms, I was a 38C. VS sizes you totally wrong.

A good clothing store will have a women's section where they have a lady who can help you with figuring out your size. Listed below is how you can measure yourself and find your size.

1. Measure around your rib cage, directly under your bust. Add 5" to this number. Like, if you measure 29", your band size is 29" + 5" = 34".

2. Measure bust at its fullest point. Subtract the band size from this number to get your cup size (see chart). If you have a 35" bust and a 34" band, 35" - 34" = 1": an A cup (34A)

YOUR BAND SIZE PLUS YOUR CUP SIZE= YOUR BRA SIZE

32" band: 6" = A cup; 6 1/2" = Full A
32" band: 7" = B cup; 7 1/2" = Full B
32" band: 8" = C cup; 8 1/2" = Full C
32" band: 9" = D cup; 9 1/2" = Full D

34" band: 6 1/2" = A cup; 7" = Full A
34" band: 7 1/2" = B cup; 8" = Full B
34" band: 8 1/2" = C cup; 9" = Full C
34" band: 9 1/2" = D cup; 10" = Full D

36" band: 7" = A cup; 7 1/2" = Full A
36" band: 8" = B cup; 8 1/2" = Full B
36" band: 9" = C cup; 9 1/2" = Full C
36" band: 10" = D cup; 10 1/2" = Full D

38" band: 9 1/2" = C cup
38" band: 10 1/2" = D cup

Have your mom (or friend) take a seamstress measuring tape and measure you. With your arms down, measure around your body at the fullest part of the breast and just underneath the breast. Say your measurements are 36" at the fullest part and 34" just below, that would make you a 34B. Each inch larger is the cup size (1=A, 2=B, 3=C, and so on). If you are not comfortable with someone you know measuring you go to a store like Victoria Secret. They have people there that can measure you, and you will be able to find the right size.
