you do not provide me with certain info that I need to help you:
1) what software are you using to write the report?
2) what drawing software do you have
3) do you have a scanner?
If you use WORD, there is a crude drawing tool you can use there to draw cicrles - which can be use for Venn Diagram
Lacking that, if you use another word processor, you might want to draw this Ven diagram manually and then scan this into your word pro
