It would be second cousins, once removed. I checked on a geneology site when I was doing research on my family history.
Your cousin would be first cousin once removed to your children, your second cousin would be second cousin once removed to your children, and so on.

they are second cousins, me and my second cousin tried to figure out what we were to eachother becuz our dads were cousins, and i didn't call his dad uncle cory, so, tell your kid now and don't let them figure it out, it is hard.
