There are sites with images of crests, but you might want to have a better idea of what they are about. The custom of crests (heraldry) goes to a SPECIFIC person, much like an award. There is no intent that they belong to an entire family. When someone who has one, dies, the title/award would be inheirited by ONE of the descendents, not "divided" like an estate.
You will find many companies who like to make money from selling crests to those who like the idea, whether it is legitimate or otherwise. They don't care, as long as they make a profit. You are not very likely to find images on their sites, for the obvious reason that images can be ripped off from a web page.

Go to the following website:
http://www.houseofnames.com
then type in Hoskinson in the surname search, it will pull up a color picture of your family crest and give you history of the family name as well

try houseofnames.com, or do a google image search for it.
The crest is actually the decoration on top of the shield (like helmets, arabesques, wings, etc.) You may want to try "coat of arms"
I found most sites didn't show my actual coat of arms because the want you to pay for it, rather than re-creating it or simply printing it yourself.

Some things just go better unsaid. Or you could ask a family member. Or you could just know that it is there and safe and that maybe you will have it.
