Persuade classmates to wait until marriage to have sex
Persuade classmates that volunteer work will benefit them
Persuade classmates that being yourself is more cool than being like everyone else.

Take your pick.

Ahh... forensics. Fun stuff.

Well, since I don't know your class, I can't tell you a topic, but I'd say to:
1. Look at a problem common to your classmates or community (e.g., drug and alcohol abuse, illiteracy, animal overpopulation, etc.)
2. Figure out, research on why this *is* a problem and how to combat it
3. Compile your research and thoughts into a speech. It helps to have this structure:
Opening/Hook- something to pull in your audience
Body- A group of "points" that sum up the major things you want them to take away (e.g. if your topic is drug abuse, then your points could be 1) The effects of drug abuse 2) How many people are affected by it 3)How to combat this problem)
Closing- A closing statement when you recap your points to remind the audience what you said and wish them goodwill and other nice things like that.

Or,
1. Figure out something you've done that improved your life and the lived of others (e.g., Red Cross training, owning a dog, etc.)
2. Research how it improved your life and other's lives
3. Compile your research and thought into a speech.

Seems like I'm making it look easier than it is. Well, I am. It can be a pain in the neck, but with research and dedication to your topic (very important, you don't want to speak robotically on something you don't care about), you'll be okay.

I hope I helped a bit.

Lets see, you could argue for against a policy of "leaving no student behind." which basically means students who excell recieve less attention than students who lag behind.

Another topic could be "benefits of small group discussions with in the class room." A system where small groups somewhat based on performance of students, matching students who excel with those on down the line to those who struggle. In that aspect, those who excel can serve as student tutors and hopefully bring other student standards up.

You could look at your class as a whole and do a persuasive argument on health and physical fitness and how it relates to education, but this is a subject that must be handled carefully as to not hurt other students feelings.

Just a few thoughts. I wish you luck on your project and I hope I have offered you some worth while topics to consider.

A persuasive speech subject rely is the suitable to have, considering the fact which you get to go with your own warm button subject rely. Abortion, definite/no, why/why no longer, conflict on terror, comparable techniques-set. How approximately balloting age, is eighteen year previous balloting a waist of a vote? definite/no, helping arguments. go with a topic rely that gets YOUR interest. while handing over a speech of this variety, project your voice to realize the back row, this might coach self assurance, endure in techniques, maximum of all and maximum heavily, you're giving assistance that all people needs and you are the expert at that 2nd. understand your speech and subject rely, in simple terms use word enjoying cards to jog reminiscence and do never examine a speech. analyzing a speech ensures uncooked nerves will coach.

your question is pretty hard.. firstly, what certain issues can you make out of your class? then, build upon them. try to be more specific in you topic. and be sure to be firm on one side. :)
