You have 2 right triangles.

One has base 75, height 50.

The other has base 75, height 50 + x, where x is the height of the antenna.

So first figure out the angle on the right of the smaller triangle using tangent:

tan θ = 50/75 = 2/3

θ = arctan(2/3) = 33.69°

So 33.69° + 10.5° = 44.19°

And then:

tan(44.19°) = (50 + x)/75

75tan(44.19°) = 50 + x

75tan(44.19°) - 50 = x = 22.9 feet
