It certainly has sunk to a new low, and has taken many people lives with it, so yes that is a good descriptive nickname for this criminal and corrupt administration.

if the bush administration is the Titanic then what is congress with it's whopping 21% approval rating?

something to think about since Bush has never hit that low water mark.
