There's 100% chance that if N.Korea sends one over here, that we will shoot one back at them. That causes global destruction. What would you do if you turned on the TV and it said, "BREAKING NEWS, N.Korea sends Nuclear bomb to US."?

Two atomic weapons were used in wartime without causing global destruction. Also thee have been scores of tests of much larger weapons - and the earth has not been destroyed.
There are several problems that N. Korea would have to resolve before they can hit us with a nuclear weapon:
1) They have to build a warhead that actually works.
2) Then then have to make it small enough to fit on a missile.
3) They have to build a missile that actually works.
4) Then they have to make one that has the necessary range to hit the US.
5) They have to integrate this warhead with the missile.
6) They have to figure out how to prepare this missile for launch without us noticing.
7) The missile would have to make it past our missile defenses.
8) They have to hope the missile is accurate enough to hit something important. (Shooting at Las Angeles and hitting the Mojave Desert will mean that they died for nothing.)

There is pretty good chance that it will be intercepted. Meaning
destroyed not above US but above Pacific. I dont know what happens when it is intercepted. Does it start chain reaction or not.
Nevertheless I think that you can avoid global destruction by launching something smaller that does not wipe everybody out. You know when you talk about those things you need to know technicalities. I know some but wished to have more time to get to know more.

i think the US would go 2 war with them wich is only gonna make things worse so if that really happens, i would move out of the country because that only means that they could do it again...
