Have anyone of you ever used a basketball shooting product or watched a DVD to improve your jump shooting?

If so which one?
Has it improved your jumper?

no, i never used a product or a dvd.

the only product you need is a basketball.

its all matter of time dedication and practice.

just try different shots..
hold the ball different ways..
dont forget to follow up on ur shot..

use the guide lines of ur bball.. to determine the spin and rotation of the ball.

once you find shots that come out natural to you..
keep praticing them until you can make them almost effortless.

no dvd or "products" going to make u baller..

it has to come out from you.

No i had someone personally work with me every weekend. Heres any easy trick. Stand about 2 small steps away from the front of the hoop. Put the ball in your shooting hand with the ball on your fingertips(not a lot just enough to see under the basketball). Then put your elbow in and flick your wrist. At the end of the shot your follow through hand should be like a goose neck with your hand pushed downwards. You should see the hoop underneath your hand. It will improve wrist strength and shooting style. Eventually, after 100 shots move 2 steps back and do it again. Do it every day for almost an hour going as far back as you can. As you get further away from the hoop use your non shooting hand as a guide. You will see vast improvement( I did).
