My friends milk came back about a year and a half or so after stopping because myself and another friend were breastfeeding, so her body started to produce milk in response to having breastfeeding babies around.

Definately a hormonal imbalance. It happened to my friend. Talk to an endocrinologist.

If it does not stop in couple days, check with your Dr. whenever you have a chance. Otherwise, it is ok.
