This woman needs help. You need to go to guidance. Oh, and if you can get a troop of classmates together about it, great.
Also, you may want to research proper teacher behavior, so that you can have a concrete, specific, constructive talk with your the guidance staff.
You write well, with integrity as well as proper spelling and grammar. I believe that you will be not only intelligent enough to understand what you read and take a baseline of the teacher's behavior (you'll see when you read up on it), you will also be one of the students who can gain the respect of the guidance staff and administration!
Some basics:
Teachers need to praise, and care, and mean it.
Teachers need to give clear instructions, whether for tests, for class rules, or for how to take notes.
Teachers need to be consistent.
Teachers need to pull children aside to discipline them for serious offenses, as privately as possible.
Teachers need to refrain from borderline joking, that is, joking that can actually hurt people (esp the sensitive ones).
Teachers need to find alternatives for those who are struggling.
Oh, and that's just a start.
So, now, let me leave you with this note.
In second grade, we had a terribly mean art teacher.
In third grade, we found out she had died from cancer over the summer. Cancer was the Big C word then, and there were no cures. What a terible thing! What a shame it was a secret.
I kind of felt bad.
Maybe she is ill. Maybe she doesn't even know it. Maybe she needs a simple set of blood tests-
My friend found out she was diabetic during regular bloodwork, just after her annual review with a new company told him that coworkers felt she was smart but a bit snippy and moody...
Do all you can, but think of it this way...
there but for the grace of (god?) go you.

Don't worry, not all your teachers can be winners. I my self am dealing with a particulalry bad one. You just have to hunker down and not let her get to you. Don't act up in her class, or do anything else to have her hate you more. A little sucking up always helps too.

talk to your parents about it, and maybe you can get transferred out of her class into another teacher's class. if youre parents are behind you, youre more likely to be able to do something about the problem.

Tell your principal if it's that bad or ask another teacher what they know about her.
