Because TNA's "champions" were at best mid-card contendors in WWE, or Tag-Team champions in WWE.
No doubt Kurt Angle is the largest land in TNA. Lets see how long he can live on TNA salary though.

Sorry but TNA is a great alternative to seeing borderline controversial storylines, like Hassan and Cryme Tyme, and a bunch of arguable, sometimes boring amount of time spent on talking instead of wrestling in lieu of the action the X Division puts on like Styles, Fallen Angel, Williams, etc...

Sorry, I'm allergic to Bullshi t.
TNA is way better than ECW. Vince has turned ECW from a maniacal spectacle we all knew and loved, to a children's playground where the veterans are now considered washups.
I agree that TNA is nowhere near WWE in terms of MARK recognition, but in terms of fan recognition, TNA takes it. The high flying wrestlers, the daredevil manuevers, the UNPREDICTABLE storylines? Awesome.

tna has what i call WWE rejects..
a lot of tna wrestlers used to be in wwe, wcw and ecw.
dont get me wrong.. there are some less known tna wrestlers that are very gifted, but it is going to take a while for tna to even reach the heights of ecw .. i mean the old ecw

the acting - plus we all get a little unsettled because it's not the same as WWE is. They have all the wrestlers we've loved for years.
