I fell in love with my girlfriend when she had her natural dark brown hair, it contrasted nicely against her snow white skin and beautiful soft lips. Over the past couple of years she's gone from having soft blonde streaks in her hair, which looked nice to having a full blown blonde look. I've dropped hints I would like her to go back to being a brunette but she takes offence and says I don't like her hair anymore. So how can I persuade her once and for all?

My wife sometimes gets a little crazy with the hair dye too, and when she came out of the bathroom a redhead, I went nuts, as she has beautiful long light brown hair, which I love. But you know what, let the girls have there fun, do not bother her on her appearance, let her decide what makes her happy. It is OK to voice your opinion, but do not push it. It would be like her telling you to change your hair style or whatever. It is much easier just to let her do what feels the best on her, and if you love her accept who she is on the inside, which is the most important. Take care.....

Why don't you show her the beautiful description you gave of her on Yahoo? Sounds understandable and the Snow White impression should flatter her.

Well, you can start out with any subject, and then slowly turn the subject into hair. You can also ask why she dyes her hair, and that she should make her hair the way it was before.

don't tell her anything anymore, let her figure it out herself, she will look in the mirror and realize her true self in time.
