Hi Audrey!!!
No, I'm NOT prejudice, for the simple fact that, I would NOT like anybody to be prejudice of me!!!
Is easy NOT to be when you picture yourself being the other person, then ask the questions; What this person feels?
Where this person come from? How is this person life?
etc.
After you anilized this questions then you will find out that there is NO valid reason, why to be prejudice to someone.
There is a rule to follow, DON"T DO TO OTHERS< WHAT YOU DON'T WNAT THEM TO DO TO YOU!!!!
As soon as you repeat this in you, prejudice will be very hard to practice!!!
GOD BLESS YOU, GOOD LUCK & HAPPY LIFE
A.Z.

I don't believe I have any prejudices, However I believe I have opinions of my own that will be different than another, like I don't think being gay is right, however I would still be their freind, I just dont feel same way, just a s gay person may feel about a straight person.
Im christian, and I am to love all peoples, and I dont just say that because I became christian, I wasnt always a christian, I have colored freinds, I have freinds all over the world, just because we have some differences , doesnt mean we can;t get along and be human beings.

I used to have prejudices, without realising that they were prejudiced! Prejudice is just ignorance, Not fault, just UN-awareness. I was ignorant until i discovered the first universal law which is; The Law of Divine Oneness:
The Law of Divine Oneness helps us to understand that we live in a world where everything is connected to everything else. Everything we do, say, think and believe affects others and the universe around us.

Yes- all people have prejudices- it is a natural and very important way to draw on previous experiences in order to make decisions. As we get older we are better able to fine tune the catagories that we put people into- children have few prejudices- this is why we teach them about stranger danger. Prejudices are not always bad- they are a natural survival strategy.

Of course I do, don't we all?
In my case I was brought up in the deep South during the 1960s. My parents weren't prejudiced, but the culture I was raised in was. I never saw a lot of black people so I had a prejudice against black people for a long time.
That changed when I entered the Army. I met some black, white and brown people who were higher ranked them me, who were just as good as me, and who were better that I was. I learned to respect people (of any color) as individuals. However, I still have to fight against the patterns I developed in my youth. Being a white guy I will always have some prejudice, I just have to work to rise above it. Its a daily job, but one that we all have to do.
I have a strong respect for some white people, and I have a strong disrespect for some white people like Neo Nazis. Although I have never met one I don't like their attitudes and I am prejudiced against white supremacists.
I have a good deal of respect for Asian people. The ones I have met have been nice and work hard to fit into my culture. Because of this I find myself prejudiced FOR many Asians. I was a teenager during the Vietnam War. I didn't know enough about the war to develop any strong feelings either way, like most teenagers I was too involved in my own life. The Vietnam War was never covered in any classes that I took, not even my college history classes. I didn't learn about what really happened until years later. I hate all the deaths that the VC caused, and I really hate how some of them tortured our soldiers. But, I have to admit that I have respect for them. They were very tough fighters who stuck to there cause, which they saw as just. A lot of the South Vietnamese government and military leaders were corrupt. In many ways the struggle of the Vietnam War could be compared to the American Revolutionary War. So I do have some prejudice for Vietnam.
I don’t like spicy food. I once had cheese and jalapeno dip and it caused such sever indigestion that I had to see a doctor. For a short time I had him thinking I had an inflamed appendix, however, with no treatment I got better on my own. Needless to say I have a strong prejudice against spicy food.
A prejudice is a pre judgment; it is based on past experience and attitudes. In some cases a prejudice is helpful, in others it can be a problem. The true judgment of a person is if they can rise above their prejudices.

Yes I am prejudice against people who are users, whiners, ignorant, dirty and who are high maintenance to society.
Everyone has a prejudice against some type of person, race,
or thing. It's just human. I do not hang out with dumb people for they have a shorter life expectancy due to dumb decisions, so why let them drag you down...

It is unfortunate, but all of us do. Surely there is one of you who is going to say not me. You would either be lying to me or you ,.....both? As long as we have anything that supports a different group of people then we are going to have prejudice. an example of this would be Miss Black Teenage America, Or the Black Music awards. The same people that receive these accolades, also are considered by main stream America, but they have excluded Latino, Asian, and White America. I used black but I could have added American Indian, and Latinos. We need to be come one America and not several Americas.

We all have prejudices, but they don't necessarily have to be racial, religious, or gender based. I am prejudice against STUPID people. Not ignorant people, but STUPID people. Ignorant people, are people who don't know something and they have no knowledge of the answer or are not aware of it. STUPID people CHOOSE to remain wrong or uneducated. Rather than find the truth or learn from their mistakes; they would prefer to continue to be wrong. That is a huge pet peeve of mine. STUPID people don't try to better themselves, they'd rather remain jack asses and act like it as well. Can anyone out there feel where I am coming from???

I think that as humans, we all have prejudices. The problem with prejudice is how we handle it. If we allow ourselves to cause hurt etc to others, that is wrong! We need to get along.

I'm ashamed to say I have discovered one prejudice. Men who are shorter than me. Fine as aquaintances and colleagues but not in a romantic sense. I'm five ten by the way. I had a boyfriend who was five six and I was horrified to find I had a problem with his height. My boyfriend before him was from Ghana and he will always be my greatest 'love' but then, he was taller than me.
