my old ipod makes this buzzing noise and wont turn on at all. the only way it will is if you charge it .......

....chrage it on another charger. like a base with speakers. what should i do?

Sounds like your battery is dead.

If you're under warranty, send it to apple and have it replaced, or if you're out of warranty then you can find a service online that will change it for you for a fee, or get a new iPod.

You ripod is too old like mine i just bought a new one.

that means the battery is messed up...thake it to radio shack
