yup.. its quite risky using paypal..
if u r planning to open website to sell just open a merchant account..
u have to remember paypal is not a bank institution..
they dont fall under the regulation of a bank..
i know a friend of mine that have around USD 4k stuck in his paypal..

I just got paypal and I think it's pretty easy to use, and secure as well. They don't give your info out or anything..It's very fast when sending/receiving money and you can also transfer the money directly to your bank account... If you don't need to send/transfer a lot of money then sign up with a personal account.
