The only one I can find is on the IRS website, and that's "Info copy only," which means you can look at it but you can't type in it. I found some programs where you can type in it, but they're shareware and when you print with them they have a huge "DEMO" on the page, and that's no good. Please help.

My mom does the accounting for the company and I'm helping her, but she has like 6 she has to fill out and doesn't want to do it by hand if possible, so I'm trying to find someplace where I can type it all in, then just print it onto a form (we have blank forms, I guess what I really need is an ediable template).

I highly doubt you can find something like that. I mean, if you could...I bet it would only be used by people who cheat on their taxes or even those creating false ID's for illegals. They're not likely to leave that sort of thing lying around online.

Still, employers have to get them somewhere. You may try calling something like Office Depot, though I wouldn't advise trying to use one in a shady way. Employers have ID's and their own records with the IRS, and if yours and theirs don't match...there could be trouble.
