Call today and ask for the manager and tell them that you really appriciated the oppurtunity of them meeting with you and you really are interested in the job. If they arent available ask to leave a message.

if you haven't heard from them in two or three days, call just to say you're following up and were curious to see if anyone had been hired or if the position was still available. let them know you are still very interested, showing initiative is the key
