There is, but it's a little complex. Get a program called Goldwave (it's free), install it, and open it. In the box marked Control, hit the button that looks like a circle next to a checked checkbox. Then go to Volume, and make sure the only one checked is Stereo Mix (11 is a good volume, depends on what your system volume is though, mine's turned all the way up).
Hit ok, make a new track, # of channels should be 2 (stereo), sampling rate 44100, initial file length whatever you want as long as it's long enough for the whole background music.
Then hit record, go to the website, and goldwave will be recording any sound that would normally go to your headphones or speakers (it still does that also), so make sure your computer isn't making any other sounds (don't visit other pages, etc.) at the time.
When the song is over, hit stop, then you can edit the song (I usually just delete the silence off the end and a little off the beginning), save it as a .wav (or whatever you have the codecs for), then you can use Razorlame (if you have Lame installed first) to convert it to a .mp3, and there you go.

Do what I did--most websites won't tell you how to download their background music--get a recorder and a microphone ATTACHMENT. Built in voice activated equipment won't work. Turn the volume at a higher level on your computer and adjust your volume on your recorder accordingly. Put the mic about 3-6 inches from a speaker. Presto! Instant recorded music. FYI: You may have to re-record it, if it's not as clear as you wish. Create a new folder on your email page for these pages, in case you don't have time to check and redo things at the moment. If you have several things you like, make a note--it saves having to remember why you saved the pages. Learning distance, having a good recorder, and good tapes (Sony to the rescue) will help you. 120 are good, but, often, to my surprise, I've found that the 90 minute tapes are better. The 120 SONMETIMES tends to make things worse, for what it's worth.
