Ok, Take a deep breath, breathe and relax.

1. Make a list of what's bugging me, every name you were ever called, who you don't like, why, what you don't like about those people who are mean to you and so on.

2. Make a list of what you want out of life - educational goals, where you want to travel, attributes of those people you admire, and see what attributes you have that you admire.

3. Take the what's bugging me list and tear it up and throw it away. It served a purpose to get out what's inside of you. When you get stuck about anything, make this list and now you know what you can do with it.

4. Take time for spiritual development. Think.
What is my intention for doing this?
Clarify your intentions.
Make your intentions noble.

Note - when Opray did this to clarify her intentions - she cleared her path and accomplished much much more, and of course when from a multimillionaire to a billionaire.

You can't get rid of them - you just start adjusting to change. Change is what happens while we're making our plans. When you find yourself stuck, you may just be taking time out to check on your spiritual development.
It's why your CREATOR put you on earth. Not to suffer, but to find out who you are, and then - give more of yourself back to society. Start in little ways - random acts of kindness, and more will flow back to you.

GOD bless us always.

Depression is something you learn to manage.
I don't know of any book or any person or any theory or treament (been trying, I promise) that will offer a cure.
But it's kind of liek diabetes-
if you take care of it,
know what's no good for you,
figure out what you can do to improve,
and do regular check-ups on yourself, you'll be OK.
Now, please, please, please, I beg you, make sure that there is no physical ailment responsible for at least part of this.
I got my stories, suffered for years, suffer much less now... so trust me.
Get help for it, but only trust the kind of doctors who will treat ALL of you, body and spirit. Take blood tests, etc.
Good luck!
Don't worry, honey, once you get to the roots of things, you can learn to manage!
