She says she loves me but won't return my calls and she gave me a picture for my birthday with someone else's picture?

maybe she gave you a picture frame, you are suppose to take out the "sample" picture and replace it with your own, if not and she is not calling you back or breaking up with you, I'd say she is putting you on a shelf until she can figure out which guy she want to be with you or the other guy, sorry

Psychology is a wooly science. I have a lot of friends who are Masters in Psy-clinical case mangers and they are all screwed up for some reason. I often wonder if the chicken came before the egg or vice versa. About your g/f are you sure you are not been over kean? Nothings worse than someone calling you all the time, you feel like you are cornered then. Sit back a bit and see if the rabbit will come to the dog.
