you should call a computer store.. like comp usa ..or best buy..
tell them what kind of computer you have and give them all of the details..
or u can call the "GEEK SQUAD".. they are usualy located in the bestbuy stores and they will come to your house and give you all the information u need..
but i do recomend calling..
geek squad charges by the hour and i hav heard they can procrastinate!
