Ok I hate this guy who keeps messing arround with me (punching/calling *****) Sometimes we can have a normal conversation for 20 seconds then he acts like a retard. I cant beat his *** because he is a lot taller and stronger than me. I'm not gonna snitch, and I'm not gonna try to avoid him because I dont want to live in fear.
What Do I do?

You don't want to snitch, and you don't want to avoid him. That only leaves standing up to him, right? So you could talk to him and be honest, but I must say a guy like that could really use an a$$kicking. Think you can't do it b/c he's bigger? That's not necessarily true if you know the right moves and can muster the right amount of aggression. You know that move in hockey where they pull the guy's shirt over his head to tie up his arms and then punch him in the kidney? Do it right and you'll get plenty of shots in and he'll only be able to think about the pain. The throat is very sensitive. One throat punch could take him down (although this is a little dangerous and should only be used if you're in serious trouble). Sometimes one good shot to the jaw or stomach will take a guy out or at least give you an eventual win. You could fight dirty if you want (after all, he is a bully). Bring some brass knuckles or bring a friend.
The only thing I must stress is DO NOT PICK A FIGHT. He has to start it, but you can finish it. Also, don't fight if you're very afraid of him b/c you'll probably lose. But if you do end up fighting, it always helps to make the guy think you're a little crazy and ready to snap. He'll think twice before messing with you again.

This guy is a bully, and there are a few things you can do.
Tell somebody you trust about what is going on... I don't mean "snitch", I mean someone who will listen confidentially and help you to problem-solve this.
And, if you want to stay safe, do stay clear of him.... fear is there for a reason.... people who don't pay attention to what their fear is telling them take unnecessary risks. And some die.

Talk to him casually about him being retarded and if he doesn't change just take whatever action u think is best at the time!
or maybe he lieks you and he just has a hard time expressing it!

tell him to quit being an ****. ask him down to your level have him take a seat and tell him that his exhuberance is too childish and you are trying to get this one girls attention and feel his goofing around might not work anymore ask him to consider growing up a little when he comes around seeking you..... Play some mean prank on him. Like post his private info on the internet under child pervs. He deserves the hell he'll get. Most bullys do.

Just tell the boy that you are really busy everyday and need to do something for your mother and hopefully he'll ignore you.

First off, you shouldn't hate, hate is the same as murder. Just talk to him and ask him to leave you alone, if that doesn't work, then you might want to tell someone.

basicly tell him to leave you and never try to make contact or tell him to act normal and if worst comes to worst hit him in the man parts and then you'll have a big advantage over him ( i know its dirty but hey hes annoy right?..)
