It means that when you apply the brakes on your car, your car kinda swerves to one side.

It can mean something as simple as the tire is low on that side, to as complex as the slider for the caliper is locked up. In really bad scene, you could even have loose steering components, that are allowing the car to drift one way or the other during braking. Most common, is the brake cause. Several shops offer free brake inspections, especially if you are getting other work done there. Have the brakes inspected, and if they are fine, recheck the suspension and steering components, and dont forget to check the air in your tires! In cold weather, a tire can easily loose up to 10 psi per week, so check the pressure out. Good luck.

It indicates that one side is applying more pressure to the brake rotor or drum. It's definately something to get checked out asap! A few things that would cause it may be grease on the brake pads, leaky caliper or leaky wheel cylinder, a sticking caliper, clogged brake line. Doesn't sound like it should be too expensive to fix! Hope all goes well.

Well if your driving in rain, the brake is wet, if your driving in ice, maybe your one wheel is sliding and the other is gripping the road. But under normal dry conditions, you need to pull the wheels and look at your break pads to see which one is wearing more than the other.

You need a front-end alignment and too, I'd check to make certain one of the front tires isn't low on air. How long as it been since you had your brakes checked--may need replacing? You'll get uneven wear on your tires if left go.

front end is out of alignment. You need to take it in to be fixed. Same thing should happen (car pulls to one side) when you drive down a straight, flat road and let the steering wheel go for a few moments.

It is either the alignment or the brakes. You need it inspected by a reputable garage, so you will find out which problem it is.
