yeah it's "ok to do masturbating ok once a day" You are normal and that's fine. As for more ways to do it, I would say check out pornography and get ideas from that. Good luck!

masturbating is normal and natural, how you go about doing it is up to u as long as it feels good and its not dangerous( i actually saw a guy put it in a glass bottle and the opening was too tight and it got stuck we had to give him amyl nitrate to make his erection to go down, one doctor wanted to break the bottle. good luck and plz wash your hands afterward.
