Are we still fighting just because of Bush's pride? Or is there some other reason to this war now that there weren't ever any WMD?

It's all about money and power, NOT helping the Iraqi people. Things are getting WORSE, not better. Many Iraqi only have electical power for a few hours a day. Running water can also be a problem. What's unemployment ? Something like 75% ? We kill one "leader" and there's a dozen other guys standing in line to replace him. If Iraq was'nt sitting on the 2nd largest oil field in the world, we would'nt be there.

Never in our history have we attacked another country before they attacked us. I think we knew there were no WMDs. But I'm almost 100 percent sure there was another reason of invading. I've heard China has wanted to build a bridge across the middle east and invading Iraq would prevent it.

But this war isn't for Bush's pride. So much of this country hates him just because with no real reason. He will only be criticized more fore sending more troops in but I back him.

No my dear not at all. There has to be two reasons for war?
Survival and Defense? or Defense or Survival? either way that is the reason. Sometimes we are not told everything because we are considered ignorant? Even though we are paying their salaries up there on Capital Hill, but that is why we pay them to make our decisions, and when they make the wrong ones we kick scream and hollar and then they will stop or they won't? Who knows why we all do what we do? But i can assure you it was more than an ego problem with Bush? He had deliberate intentions here other than that, but it is obvious he is thrilled when he is in charge and gets his own way like a tyranical spoiled brat, and he enjoys destruction. One of the few words he can pronounce and uses more readily and guess what it is more than 4 letters eh?

Political circumstances are very complicated. Saddam develop into evil and committed genocide and he don't have been in capacity. the element that irks me is for each and all the valid motives to get rid of him from capacity have been exceeded over and fake ones with buzz words have been used. individually, if Bush have been given on television and suggested he develop into removing Saddam because of the fact he develop into starving his u . s . a ., exploiting the destructive with the aid of drugs, persevering along with his genocide until now sanctions, and different evils against those he "leads"...nicely i do no longer think of we'd have the political chop up we've interior the USA of united statesa. at the instant. we'd additionally probable have greater worldwide help and counsel, oddly sufficient yet even from Muslim worldwide places provided that Saddam develop into Christian and oppressed many Muslims. I help the troops thoroughly, however the justifications they have been sent their have been destructive at ultimate....which isn't smart thinking Saddam tried to dedicate genocide as generally as he ought to. to this point as satisfaction although? No, in no way for conflict. It ability all different the form to end the region failed. you're taking satisfaction in averting conflict no longer becoming it.

Maybe you should actually talk to people who go to Iraq (which includes members of my family). They would tell you what we are doing over there is not useless or a waste of lives, and of the huge leaps we have made in sanitation , housing, etc.
I'm really tired of people opening their mouths about something, just to have an opinion....

It seems like Bush is trying to stay proud.

Although the soldiers know there is a job to be done.
