A relationship is about giving and taking.. and no need to get defensive, but he's TAKING a little too much!
tell him that you understand his situation, but if he doesn't GIVE BACK a little that he's been taking-you're out.

wishing the best.

HE MOVED BACK A WEEK AGO!!!! Give him some time to hang out with his buddy! They haven't seen each other in two years!!! Give him a month or so to get worn out by his friend. By that time, your bf should have an idea as to whats a good balance for him. And if you really think you should call it quits over an issue this small ... you probably shouldn't be in a relationship to begin with. You're sounding very greedy about your man ... which is fine, but you have to understand that you have to allow him a life and friends outside of your relationship. His world can not revolve around you. Keep bringing this up to him, and he'll more than likely dump you before you get a chance to dump him.

It really depends how long you've been together. Chances are, this whole friend-being-around-all-the-time thing will pass. They just need to get it out of their system. I would just give it a little time and then if, by some chance, he's still ditching you, you'll know he's probably just using his friend as an excuse to ditch you

Well you should be understanding, you're boyfriend's best friend should respect the fact that you two should have your alone time but if he hasn't seen his best friend in two years it's only natural that they would want to spend a lot of time together. Just hang out with your own friends. But then again he shouldn't be totally ignoring you! If you guys have made plans then he should go through with them. If he doesn't want to hear it, just tell him that you understand that he wants to see his friend but if he doesn't establish two separate relationships betwen you two then you can't be with him anymore. Good luck hon!
