Since 1 inch is 9 feet, 9 inches is 9*9 feet and 17 inches is 17*9 feet, so the park is 81 feet by 153 feet or 12,393 square feet.

The scale would be 1 inch : 9 feet. Since a foot is 12 inches, 9 feet would be 9*12 inches or 108 inches, so the scale is 1:108.

The dimensions of the park are eighty-one feet by one hundred fifty-three feet.

I obviously do not understand the second question. Is the answer one inch to nine feet.
