you can register a company anywhere you like
however if you trade in the UK, from a UK address, trading laregly with UK customers thne irrespective of where the company is registered you are liable for UK tax. There may be offset arrangements but you are still going to be on the hook for UK tax

there are several agreements in force which permit UK authorities to see overseas bank accounts.

Gibraltar is a good tax haven. I am sure schools and hospitals would be better off without your money anyway.

no, but u can in jersey, isle of man, or the scilly isles, all part of the uk, but tax exiles. a good(wink) accountant can advise you best
