I've defrosted a package of ground beef and don't want to make
the regular meatballs or hamburgers . Any ideas?

Meatloaf
Tacos (fry the shells yourself. cook the hamburger and season with can of green chilies, salt, pepper, chili powder and a little A-1. cut up some onions. shred some cheese and lettuce. Cut a couple of tomatoes into small bits. then heat up some enchilada sauce.) You can use the same ingredients to make a burrito just use a flour tortilla and heat 5 minutes in the oven to melt the cheese. With t he burrito you can add some refried beans for a different taste to go along with a taco or two.
