Don't try to be a brilliant comedian and say something like "you can't write a positive story about a Democrat." Every 6 year old has tried that already.

No its not fair and balanced. Its conservative media. Not that conservative is bad, but the fact that it is very conservative makes it not exactly 'fair and balanced.' It's just a slogan.

FOX information is exciting informative and has something for each body. I savour O'Reilly and Hannity i for my area imagine Beck is slightly severe. the more youthful technology regardless of the indisputable fact that relates all proper with Beck and that is a gorgeous good element. the lads from Fox deserve some type of award for a way they took on the Pelosi/Reid's well being care debauchery. On the contrary, Fox is a conservative minded news station. It never made any declaration of being fair. The station gives you the news with a right wing slant. Everyone knows that. At least they have nothing to hide. The last positive Democratic news story I have seen on Fox was Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi slamming the gravel for Bush's State of the Union address.

It is not a news media's job to write something positive or negative about a political party or person but to report the facts without distorting them and Fox News Channel does just that. The fact is that the Democrats behave like five year olds and their points of view aren't based on facts but rather lies. There is nothing positive to be said about Democrats and their misbehavior, slander, and lack of moral values and common sense.

You have missed the point behind the phrase "fair and balanced." The media should not be interpolating "positive" into any "stories" they are reporting. That is the role of the viewer. Facts are neutral.

I think every media takes a side and Fox tool the conservative side, while many others talk down about republicans and others about democrats. I don't think most media can be trusted.

Fox is the National Enquirer of network news. Remember when they first got started? Some of their big stories:
Alien Autopsy:Fact or Fiction.
They took a dummy, stuffed it with pig guts, had a couple guys in radiation suits do an autopsy on the thing. Tried to pass this off as being a actual alien being that had been found. How can anyone take them serious after that one?

DUH--Does anyone ever watch Hannity and Colmes? I meant that is both. There is your fair and balanced.
And, I do hear them saying quite often how republicans are starting to lean to the left in some issues. I can't think of whom, or an issue. But I have heard that a few times.

Fox is fair and balanced? That has to be the biggest lie of the decade. Anyone with a hint of intelligence knows what fox's purpose is; fox caters to conservatives and their reporting is "balanced" and "fairly" leans to the far far right.

If fox had any sense of decency and moral aptitude, it wouldn't include a lunatic like O'reilly on their channel. The man must be truly moronic if he actually believes in what he is saying, or perhaps he has gone senile.

The answer is Fox is neither fair or balanced. It follows the conservative beliefs of its owner, Rupert Murdoch, who controls the Fox empire. Corporate control of the news is poisoning and dividing the nation. Fox is just the worst of the bunch so they stand out.
