I just heard that the singer Brandy might go to jail for 1 year! Why?

I actually just found out like 5 mins ago... she was on an interstate in California when traffic ahead of her slowed down, she was too late slowing down, hit the car in front of her and it was either that car or the one in front of it that went out of control and the driver was killed. The family is suing her for $50 million and she might be going to jail for vehicular manslaughter for up to 1 year.

Brandy was on the highway and wasn't paying attention to the road. She rear-ended a man who then veered into oncoming traffic and was struck by a woman in her car. The woman died at the hospital from blunt force trauma. Brandy faces misdemeanor manslaughter charges which carry a fine of 1000 dollars (yea that will show her!) and up to a year in county jail. I hear the family of the deceased woman might be suing her for about 50 million. That's all I know. Hope it helped.

She was in a car accident where someone suddenly stopped on brakes and she didn't stop in time before hitting the car in front of her, which hit the car in from of it. The second car that got hit had a woman in the car that died from the results of that accident. So the police or federal people are possibly charging her with vehicle manslaughter which could have her Serving a year in jail and paying a fine.

She rear-ended a car that was sitting still as she was going 65. The police said alcohol was not a factor. It kinda sucks that some people pity her. The woman that died was a wife and a mother. These people saying "I hope she doesnt go to jail" are jaded. What if Brandy rear-ended and killed their mother or their best friend? And if she does go to jail...it will only be one year??? For vehicular homicide???

Brandy got in a car accident and the woman who's car she hit was killed. They are saying that it was her fault so she's being brought up on charges of manslaughter.

She might be going to jail because she probably caused a car accident which killed someone. Something else that happend were that she wasn't drunk or anything when the car accident happend. So she was conscious of her actions. They haven't officially sentenced her to jail yet.

Brandy is still around it's a great fortified wine. Yeah sure it isn't as popular as it has been in the past, but i'm sure it will soon make a come back.

she was speeding on the freeway [[about 60]] and wouldn't stop even tho there was traffic ahead.
she ened up rear ending a car which caused a chain reaction accident. a wife/mother of three was killed from her injuries.
brady wasn't under the influence of either drugs nor alcohol.
