Hugo has some really big ambitions. He has been sucking up to Castro with a hidden agenda. I would not be majorly surprised if he seeks to take over rulership of Cuba when Castro goes to that big Cigar factory in the hole in the ground.
It might not happen that way - but in todays world and given Hugo Chavez's mentality - I put nothing past the man.

Hugo Chavez adores Catsro because they are both anti-American. I heard that Chavez wanted to place a Communism rule in Venezuela.

They both dislike the USA. Both have a type of dictatorship and claim to believe in spreading the riches to everyone. It will be interesting to watch what developes over the next few weeks and even years.
