I am struggling over what an aluminum element and an carbon element have in common. I can't find the answer anywhere. PLEASE HELP ME!

Nothing.
Carbon atomic weight is 13, have 6 protons, 6 electrons.
Aluminum is weight 26, 14P and 13E

They both have protons, neutrons and electrons.
